If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we do not accept returns, except the situation when you have received a damaged product and you have sent us a photo of it within 15 calendar days from the invoice date. It must have its original packaging. In case that your item came damaged, A possible refund of 80% or exchange of the item will be issued minus any shipping costs.Depending on where you live, and If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gift Cards and Gift Bags are not returnable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
